This prestigious award was received directly by Mr. Gunawan Hutagalung, Postal Director of the Ministry of Communication and Digital, accompanied by Mr. Ari K. Wibowo, VP Marketing Retail Business Pos Indonesia, at the Universal Postal Union (UPU) Headquarters, Switzerland.

On the second day, November 26, 2024, Pos Indonesia hosted the RAPA Conference Meeting in Jakarta. The event was attended by Pos Indonesia's CEO, managing director, and representatives from Thailand Post, Vietnam Post, and Kota Capital Advisors. The meeting discussed strategic steps for regional collaboration in facing challenges and opportunities in the e-commerce sector.
