Terms and Conditions for Domestic Shipments

A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Every sender has the right to receive proof of delivery.

2. PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) is responsible for the shipment if the sender has paid in full all shipping costs and other costs (if any).

3. As long as it has not been handed over to the recipient, the right to the shipment is still in the hands of the sender, therefore claims for compensation for loss/damage to the shipment can only be submitted by the sender.

4. The sender's written statement regarding the contents of the shipment on the order form must be the same as the actual contents of the shipment. In the event that there is a discrepancy, the sender is fully responsible for all impacts arising from the violation of the law, including if it results in damage or loss of other shipments.

5. PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) has the right to open and/or inspect the shipment in the presence of the sender to ensure the correctness of the information regarding the contents of the shipment.

6. Wrapping is the sender's obligation in the form of a container and other components or materials needed to contain the goods so that they remain in accordance with their function, must be able to protect the contents of the shipment from any vibrations or impacts during transportation, whether that occurs between the contents and the packaging box or between the packaging boxes of the shipment. with the others.

7. Shipping packaging costs are the responsibility of the sender.

8. PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) is only responsible for physical damage to the contents of shipments caused by operational processes, and is not responsible for and does not provide compensation for shipments caused by:

a. Loss or damage caused intentionally by the sender.

b. Violation of Dangerous Goods, Prohibited Items and Restricted Items rules.

c. The actual content of the shipment does not match the sender's statement.

d. Loss or damage as a result of oxidation, pollution contamination and nuclear reactions.

e. Loss or damage due to force majeure such as: natural disasters, fire, war, riots, actions against the government, rebellion, seizure of power or confiscation by local authorities.

f. Indirect losses or profits that are not obtained, which are caused by errors in postal operations (Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 38 of 2009).

B. PROHIBITED SHIPPING

1. Shipments that can endanger other shipments, the environment or the safety of people, because of their nature and packaging, so they cannot be sent as domestic shipments.

2. The shipments referred to in paragraph (1) include:

a. Narcotics, psychotropics and other illegal drugs.

b. Explosive shipments or ammunition,

c. flammable shipments,

d. Weapons, original or replica firearms including spare parts;

e. Shipments that are easily damaged and can pollute the environment,

f. Posts that violate decency,

g. Shipments whose nature and packaging can endanger people's safety, can contaminate and damage other shipments.

h. Living animals except bees, leeches, silkworms, parasites, insects. and destructive insect repellent sent by an officially recognized agency in accordance with statutory provisions.

i. Perishable shipments, biological materials that rot easily and easily transmit disease,

j. Counterfeit and/or counterfeit goods, fake tax tags/stickers.

k. Goods that are prohibited from entering by the destination country in accordance with local country regulations.

l. Printed materials that do not include the publisher or writing that is inflammatory, slanderous, attempts at sabotage against certain parties or the legitimate government;

m. Partial or complete human remains.

n. Other shipments that according to statutory regulations are prohibited.

3. Shipments whose shipment is prohibited based on airline regulations include:

a. Shipments that can explode or ignite or items that can self-combust, such as: bullets, explosives, firecrackers, or the like as well as all kinds of lighters and filling gas.

b. Materials that are susceptible to oxidation, for example bleaching powder, peroxide and other similar materials,

c. Firearms, air guns or airsoft guns,

d. Banknotes and coins as well as bank instruments with monetary value such as checks, banknotes, credit/debit cards that have been activated,

e. Water or other liquids,

f. Other shipments that the airline said were prohibited.

C. CATEGORY, WEIGHT AND SIZE OF SHIPMENT

1. The shipment category consists of letters and package shipments.

2. Classification of severity levels into 2 (two), namely:

a. Letter Delivery > 0-gram up to 2,000 grams.

b. Package delivery > 0-gram up to 50,000 grams.

3. The classification that differentiates letters from package shipments is the approach to the type of shipment sent, namely:

a. Sending a letter is a written communication with or without an envelope addressed to an individual or body at a certain address, which is delivered by

not completely physically.

b. Package delivery is a service activity for returning, receiving and/or delivering goods.

4. Shipment Size:

a. Minimum as follows:

1) Length = 15.2 cm

2) Width = 9 cm

3) Height = 0.2 cm

b. Maximum box/roll form as follows:

1) By Air:

Length + 2(Width + Height) ≤ 400 cm,

With a maximum longest side of 150 cm.

2) Via Land:

Length + 2 (Width + Height) ≤ 600 cm,

With a maximum longest side of 200 cm.

5. Volumetric calculations are carried out if one side exceeds the following dimensions:

a. Length = 35 cm

b. Width = 25 cm

c. Height = 20 cm

D. POST SHIPPING VIA ONLINE BOOKING

1. Customers log in to the online booking system application.

2. Customers place an order by filling in shipping data.

3. Customers get shipping cost information.

4. Customers agree to the applicable terms and conditions via the online booking system application.

5. Customers choose the payment method available in the online booking system application.

6. Customers can print their own shipping labels.

7. Customers can collect shipments according to the available methods (pickup/drop off)

E. INDEMNIFICATION

1. Right to Claim Compensation

a. Compensation claims are the right of the sender or recipient based on the sender's authority.

b. Compensation claims can only be submitted for courier and logistics shipments as follows:

i. Lateness

ii. Damage

iii. Partially damaged

iv. Completely damaged

v. Is lost

vi. Partially lost.

c. Complaints must be submitted as follows:

i. Delay, damage, partial damage, complete damage and partial loss no later than 90 (ninety) calendar days after the shipment is received by the recipient.

ii. Disappear no later than 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date the post office determines it missing.

d. Compensation claims can be submitted by the sender or his attorney by attaching:

i. Original letter of application for compensation or claim letter stating the value of the claim and clearly explaining the chronology of the loss.

ii. Original or scanned receipt.

iii. Fill out the compensation application form.

iv. Fill out the loss report form.

v. Certificate from the authorities, for losses due to accidents.

vi. Print or print out of the post office customer care system with a stamp.

vii. Copy of invoice or purchase invoice for shipped goods (especially for new goods).

viii. Photos related to the loss.

e. A lost determination letter is given by the head of the post office where the sender/recipient submits a complaint regarding the shipment sent through the post office.

f. Compensation payments are paid no later than 6 (six) working days after the claim for compensation is received, with the following arrangements:

i. The first day of receiving a claim for compensation from the sender/recipient.

ii. Day two to day four, complete internal supporting data to validate proof of submission.

iii. Maximum fifth day of notification to the sender/recipient.

iv. Maximum sixth day for payment of compensation claims to the sender/recipient.

g. The maximum compensation payment is paid directly by the local post office where the claim is submitted.

2. Loss of Right to Compensation

The company is not obliged to provide compensation for the following matters:

a. To the sender who has surrendered his right to compensation to the recipient based on a power of attorney for transfer of rights.

b. The claim for compensation was submitted beyond the time limit set by the company.

c. Fill in the shipment that does not match the receipt/form.

d. The shipment contains items that are prohibited from shipping.

e. The shipment is opened, inspected and/or confiscated by authorized officials in accordance with statutory provisions.

f. If the event of delay/damage/lost shipment constitutes force majeure.

3. The value of the compensation guarantee

a. The value of the compensation guarantee or insurance value is determined as follows:

Courier delivery and retail logistics:

The insurance value is more than Rp. 0.00 (zero rupiah) up to Rp. 1,000,000,000.00 (one billion rupiah) per shipment or Rp. 10,000,000,000.00 (ten billion rupiah) per one means of transportation.

b. The special insurance value for authentic deeds issued by a particular agency or institution, including diplomas, driving licenses (SIM), motor vehicle owner's books (BPKB), vehicle registration certificates (STNK), or other documents is set at the cost processing or making a maximum of Rp. 6,000,000.00 (six million rupiah) per one Authentic Deed.

c. Special Insured Value for antiques or goods

d. Maximum compensation per one shipment of goods and per one means of transportation.

4. Compensation Guarantee Fee

a. The compensation guarantee is based on the compensation guarantee fee which is collected from the sender in the amount of 0.24% (zero point twenty four percent) of the value of the compensation guarantee with the minimum compensation guarantee fee per item of the contents of the shipment being IDR. 500.00 (five hundred rupiah).

b. Compensation guarantee duties include VAT 1.1% (ten percent).

5. Indemnification

a. The company's standard compensation for courier and logistics shipments that do not pay compensation guarantee duties can be compensated as follows:

c. Determining whether lost or partially damaged is the authority of the post office head as stated in a statement letter on the post office head's consideration form, including determining the amount (percentage) of damage to courier shipments and logistics.

F. SHIPPING RATES

1. Tariffs are determined based on the destination office, actual and/or volumetric weight levels for 1 (one) delivery for shipments with a weight starting from 0 grams.

2. Determination of the tariff amount is carried out using 2 (two) methods:

a. Using the actual shipping weight (actual weight).

b. Using volumetric calculations for boxes/rolls which are converted to weight with the following formula:

((Length x Width x Height)/6000) x 1 kg

3. Based on the comparison of determining the weight of the shipment as intended in paragraph (3), the tariff determination is calculated based on the highest tariff.

4. A delivery weight tolerance of 300 grams is given, with weight calculations of 1300 grams, 2300 grams, 3300 grams and so on up to 50,300 grams subject to a rate of 1000 grams, 2000 grams, 3000 grams and so on up to 50,000 grams. grams.

5. The rates charged are valid for 1 (one) delivery.

6. Every shipment containing goods is a package shipment which will be subject to 1.1% VAT in accordance with applicable tax provisions.
