Tonggo Marbun was appointed as the Director of Courier and Logistics Business at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises in their capacity as the General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Number: SK-260/MBU/09/2023, dated September 21, 2023, regarding Dismissal, Changes in Job Nomenclature, Reassignment of Duties, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero).

Before serving as the Director of Courier and Logistics Business at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), this Jakarta-born professional, born on December 20, 1970, who holds a degree in Educational Sciences from IKIP Jakarta (1994), had served as Commissioner of PT Sumber Daya Andalan Mandiri (MPRO), SVP Human Capital Engagement at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk in 2020, and Director of Human Capital Management at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) in 2023.

Aside from formal responsibilities, he continues to hone his leadership skills and strives to improve his competencies, particularly in Organizational Strategic Planning & Human Capital, through global academic programs, including the Leadership Program at IESE Business School (Madrid, Spain-Silicon Valley, USA, 2019), Leadership for Senior Management at INSEAD Business School (Indonesia, 2008), and Creative Design Thinking at Universidad de Navarra (Barcelona, Spain, 2019).
