Investor Gathering 2025: Pos Indonesia & Pos Properti Present Potential Assets for Investment

JAKARTA, February 20, 2025 - PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) and its subsidiary, PT Pos Properti Indonesia, held an Investor Gathering event entitled Creating Spaces, Unlocking Potential at Pos Bloc Jakarta on Thursday, February 20, 2025. This event aims to strengthen partnership relationships and explore the potential for strategic cooperation to optimize assets owned.
Director of PT Pos Properti Indonesia, Junita Roemawi, revealed that her party has the main mandate to optimize more than 2,900 assets owned by PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) spread throughout Indonesia. “In this Investor Gathering opportunity, we want to open opportunities to investors and introduce various property assets of PT Pos Indonesia that are ready to be cooperated with many choices of very strategic locations throughout Indonesia,” she said.
President Director of PosIND, Faizal R. Djoemadi, added that these assets have great potential to be developed into various business sectors, such as hotels, hospitals, warehouses, and data centers. “Some of the assets have quite large buildings and strategic locations, some of them are also heritage buildings that have historical value and distinctive shapes. We offer these potential assets to investors to be utilized to increase the value of these assets,” said Faizal in a press conference at Pos Bloc Jakarta.
The event also featured a Market Outlook session delivered by Cushman & Wakefield Managing Director, Lini Djafar, to provide insight into the prospects for investment in the property sector.
Chief Marketing Officer of PT Pos Properti Indonesia, Endro Tjahjono, added that asset optimization can be done with various flexible cooperation schemes, such as pure lease, building lease, Operational Cooperation (KSO), Business Cooperation (KSU), Build Operate Transfer (BOT), and Build Transfer Operate (BTO), so that potential investors can adjust to their business needs.
The event was attended by various stakeholders, including the State Asset Management Agency (LMAN), Cushman & Wakefield, SOEs in the property sector, Bank Mandiri, Telkom Indonesia, the Directorate General of State Assets, as well as strategic partners of Pos Properti, such as CV Kemenangan Jaya, PT Semua Karena Anugerah (Planet Gadget), and Tomoro Coffee. Also present were private companies with experience in the property sector, such as Savills, Artotel Group, Creed Group, and other potential investors.
As part of the event, an Open Booth was also held which allowed potential investors and strategic partners to discuss directly with the Pos Properti team about available investment opportunities. This Open Booth provides an opportunity for participants to get more detailed information about the assets offered and various cooperation schemes that can be applied.
On the same occasion, PT Pos Properti Indonesia inaugurated the company's new logo as a symbol of transformation and adaptation to evolving market needs. The main logo of Pos Properti consists of two main elements in the form of a “door/window” symbol and the Pos Properti logotype. The design, inspired by the shape of windows and doors typical of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) buildings, reflects the company's passion and energy in running a sustainable business.
“This logo transformation is in line with Pos Properti's vision to continue to grow, create opportunities, and be part of the journey of many individuals in realizing their aspirations,” Junita concluded.
In addition, there was also the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN), regarding the provision of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) assets for rent. The MoU was signed by DJKN Auction Director Tavianto Noegroho and PT Pos Properti Indonesia Director Junita Roemawi.
